. Please note, without an RAN# your package may not get to the correct dept, causing your item to be delayed, or might get lost. Please make sure the size you order is correct to avoid Exchanges. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. To send item back and if exchanging, to have it re-sent to them. Please note that only merchandise value will be refunded and Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
(When returning an item for refund which was purchased with Free Shipping & Handling, the original S&H charges will be deducted from your refund) Since all of our items are from a Smoke and pet free environment, we will not be able to accept items with odors (Perfume, Smoke, etc.) or pet hair.
